The result is a smooth yet robust red wine, with fruity and spicy aromas that immediately captivate the senses: morello cherry, ripe red fruit and black pepper. On the palate, it is dry but with soft tannins that accompany each sip.

WILD BY NATURE

Rinazzo was born where the land is harsh and the climate unforgiving.
We are in the hinterland of Marsala, on the Rinazzo estate: 11 hectares of Syrah on sandy, almost desert-like soil, marked by extreme temperature variations. A difficult place, certainly — but perfect for a grape variety that gives its best in the most extreme conditions.
The result? A structured, spicy red wine that captures all the authentic, wild beauty of western Sicily, without compromises.

Rinazzo & Food

Rinazzo is a Syrah that takes its place at the table.
Perfect with rich and bold dishes: succulent stews, well-browned lamb chops, slow-roasted, fragrant meats. But it also surprises with meat tartare, thanks to its elegant spiciness and enveloping structure.
A red wine that does more than just accompany: it enhances, completes, conquers.
Serve at 16–18°C (60.8–64.4°F).
