On the island where Zibibbo grapes grow between lava rock and the sea, caressed by the wind and warmed by the sun, this fortified passito wine is born: intense, fragrant, simply irresistible.
On the nose? A feast of candied fruit, with an elegant touch of vanilla and a splash of citrus to keep everything in perfect balance.
On the palate, it is sweet and velvety, but with a freshness that immediately makes you think, “just one more sip”.
It is not just a sweet wine. It is Pantelleria in a glass.

A SIP OF THE ISLAND

In Pantelleria, human labour has always been intertwined with the forces of nature. Among terraces, dry stone walls and volcanic soils, a heroic form of viticulture has developed: one of hard work, tradition and Pantelleria saplings, a unique technique recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage.
In this extreme landscape, marked by extreme conditions, Pantelleria Passito Liquoroso comes to life: an intense and warm wine that reveals the deep soul of the island in every sip.

PASSITO LIQUOROSO DI PANTELLERIA & FOOD

This passito wine is a real wild card, a true ace, a great asset at the end of a meal: perfect with almond-based desserts, dried fruit tarts, Sicilian cannoli and dark chocolate. But it also surprises when paired with blue and aged cheeses, where the sweet-savoury contrast becomes pure magic.
Try it on its own, slightly chilled, for a moment all to yourself.
Serve at 12°-14°C (53.6–57.2°F).
